We'll be electing:
Signing Officer Positions (2-Year Term | Deadline: May 17th at 11:59 PM):
- President
- Vice President, Communications
Director-at-Large Positions (1-Year Term):
Eight (8) Director-at-Large seats (Nominations accepted in advance or from the floor at the AGM)
- Development Coordinator
- Events Coordinator
- Membership Coordinator
- Tournaments Coordinator
- Competitive Division Coordinator
- Intermediate Division Coordinator
- Recreation Division Coordinator
- Digital Engagement Coordinator
We need 70 members attending in person or by proxy to reach quorum to constitute the meeting and complete this important election.
Please hold your day to join the AGM to support the election and the governance of your League.
If you are not able to attend, please consider registering your proxy with a member that is able to attend. Each TSVL member can hold five (5) proxy votes in addition to their own vote.

Are you interested in joining the Board of Directors to help shape and grow the league?
The Toronto Spartan Volleyball League (TSVL) is now accepting nominations for two vacancies on the 2026–2027 Board of Directors.
We are currently seeking nominations for the following roles:
Signing Officer Positions (2-Year Term | Deadline: May 17th at 11:59 PM):
- President
- Vice President, Communications
Director-at-Large Positions (1-Year Term):
Eight (8) Director-at-Large seats (Nominations accepted in advance or from the floor at the AGM)
- Development Coordinator

- Competitive Division Coordinator
- Intermediate Division Coordinator

All members in good standing for the 2025–2026 TSVL year are eligible to run. Signing Officer positions require advance nomination and cannot be nominated from the floor during the meeting.
We encourage all members to consider nominating themselves or other members, to help guide TSVL through another successful year.
