Open House - Saturday, August 19, 2023 - Toronto Metropolitan University - Kerr Hall

The Open House is designed for new people to get to know TSVL or try out volleyball before they make a commitment to register. Be sure to choose the correct session. Please note, this day is not meant for current TSVL members.  We love you and you're welcome to participate if you accompany a non-member.

Newbies:  9:30am-12:15pm (3 courts)

This session is for those brand new to volleyball. It will include a brief Volleyball 101 introduction and lots of play time.  Members may participate as mentors if they accompany a non-member.

Open Play (Intermediate-Low Comp):  1:00-3:30pm (2 courts)

This session is an open level for anyone above Novice.  The level would be considered Intermediate up to Low Comp. Mid/High comp players would not enjoy this level.  Members must accompany a non-member. Hitting appropriate to the level of play will be allowed.

Novice (Recreational):  1:00-3:30pm (1 court)

This afternoon session is geared to players who have a limited amount of experience playing but know their way around the court, and have basic passing/serving skills. The level would be considered Recreational. There will be limited coaching. Spiking or hard serving will not be permitted. Members must accompany a non-member.

You may only register for one session.  These sessions are generally for non-members, however a current TSVL member may participate if they accompany a non-member.

Come on out to experience the welcoming, inclusive space TSVL offers. You're also invited to join us for a casual social, after play, around 4:00pm at Pegasus on Church for pizza and pool.

It's FREE to register.  You may only register for one session. REGISTER HERE
