NOTE: Game 1 starts at 6.40pm Sharp!
- all games must end by the specified time
- if Game 1 starts late, it still finishes at 7:04pm
- equipment bags must arrive at the gym by 6.20pm; failure to do so results in a 2-point penalty.
- net set-up must be completed by 6.38pm
- a 2-point penalty on that night's results will apply to any team that fails to set up the nets (or take them down) on time as required
- a 2-point penalty on that night's results will apply to any team that fails to print out the scoresheets
-a 2-point penalty on that night's results will apply to the designated team that fails to take the equipment home
- reffing teams must supply a first referee, second referee, and two linespeople. If these 4 positions are not supplied at the start of the game, and maintained for the entire duration of the match, then a 2-point penalty applies. One of the linespeople can scorekeep, however, the reffing team is encouraged to supply a 5th player to take on that role.
- the minimum number of players allowed to play in a game is 4.
- teams with less than 4 players at the start of the first game of the first match are allowed a 5-minute grace period, after which they default the first game. For all other matches, the start time is the default time. However, the second game of any match can start any time after, but not with less than 2 minutes remaining.
